Action Mental Health: Mindset Programme 

Greenway Women's Centre will be hosting a 2-day Mindset Programme to raise awareness of mental health.

Workshop 1: Thursday 1 June, 10.30am-12pm
Workshop 2: Thursday 15 June, 10.30am-12pm

This training is free and will be delivered by Action Mental Health on behalf of PHA.

Health & Safety, Manual Handling and First Aid Training

Greenway Women's Centre, in partnership with GEMS NI, will be hosting a one-day Health & Safety, Manual Handling and First Aid Training Course for 16-24 year olds. (Date/time to be confirmed)

Please Note:
You must register in advance for this course. Enrolment for all courses must be made in person.
This course is open to 16-24 year olds not in employment, education or training and will be delivered in partnership with GEMS NI.
This course is open to women and men.

CSR Training

Greenway Women's Centre, in partnership with GEMS NI, will be hosting a one-day CSR Training Course for 16-24 year olds. (Date/time to be confirmed)

On successful completion of the course you will received your card to work on a Building Site or Warehouse.

History Project

Greenway Women's Centre will be hosting a new History Project, Living Legacies 1914-1918. Themes will include: Food, the Trenches, Back Home, Nurses and Women.

This is a free project which will take place in 2-hour sessions over 8-10 weeks. More details to follow.

Stepping Stone Outreach Drop In

Are you unemployed and looking for employment?
Stepping Stone can offer support and advice on a range of issues, including CVs, qualifications and confidence building.The Stepping Stone Drop In takes place at Greenway Women's Centre every Tuesday, between 10am and 12pm.
An Employment Mentor will be available each week to provide FREE practical help and support.

Greenway Women's Group Tutor/ Facilitator Register

Tutors and facilitators are invited to submit CVs to be held on a register for Greenway Women's Group for future courses, workshops and events. This register will be held by Greenway Women's Group and may be shared with other women's groups.
Please note: Previous community-based teaching experience is essential.
CVs should include name and contact information, along with details of previous teaching/ delivery of training (including subject areas), qualifications, expected salary rate and a minimum of two employer references.
Following an informal interview, CVs of those Tutors/ Facilitators fulfilling the necessary requirements will be held on file until such time as vacancies arise.
